You may have heard in the news too which declares Samsung is being the largest global SSD provider. Being, a user of Samsung products I must say they deserve it even more. Their quality and performance of the SSD storage drives are outclass and I would recommend to have an external storage of Samsung. Samsung is also innovating in the industry and whenever launches a new phone, more features, hardware and other stuff comes out with it.

This time Samsung has launched the world first most tiny NVMe 512 GB SSD storage with having the most small size and weight. The newly launched SSD will be used in the upcoming ultrabooks, tablets and such devices with having the thin design and light weight.

According to the Samsung’s Official statement:

“Samsung’s new BGA NVMe SSD triples the performance of a typical SATA SSD, in the smallest form factor available, with storage capacity reaching up to 512GB,” said Jung-bae Lee, senior vice president, Memory Product Planning & Application Engineering Team, Samsung Electronics. “The introduction of this small-scale SSD will help global PC companies to make timely launches of slimmer, more stylish computing devices, while offering consumers a more satisfactory computing environment.”

The latest BGA NVMe SSD is packed with the high speed of data transfer which crosses the SATA 6GB/s interface. The read and write speed of this SSD is touching the highest peaks which is having 1.5 GB/s write speed and 900 MB/s respectively. This speed is gained with using the TurboWrite technology that has enabled the SSD to write & read even more faster. The speed testing doesn’t need any specific software or something other stuff you can easily determine it transferring 10 GB of data in less than 10 seconds. You can easily figure out the speed of SSD.
